Will I get a reply to my feedback?
If you raise an issue or ask a question, yes — our technical team follows up directly, usually within one working day.
How do I report a problem with a specific bag?
Note the batch number and manufacturing date printed on the bag, then describe the substrate, the mixing method and the weather on the day. That combination is what lets us trace the batch and respond properly.
Do you publish feedback publicly?
Only with permission. If we would like to use your words, photographs or project details, we will ask you first.
Can I send photographs of the problem?
Yes, and it helps. Send them on WhatsApp with your name and the product, and the technical team can usually tell from the photo whether it is a material, substrate or application issue.
I am happy with the product — is feedback still useful?
Very. Knowing which grade performed well on which substrate and tile size helps us advise the next contractor correctly, and it tells us what not to change.
