emmaworld.in (the “Website”) is owned and operated on behalf of the EMMA brand by Maria Enterpriises, the marketing entity for products manufactured by Tyara Industries and Maria Global Industries. In these terms, “EMMA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to those companies together, and “you” refers to anyone who visits or uses the Website.

By accessing or using the Website you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website. We may update these terms at any time; the version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.

The Website is provided for information: to present EMMA's product range, publish technical and application guidance, and let you send an enquiry, feedback or job application.

No part of this Website constitutes an offer to sell or a price quotation. The Website does not take orders and does not process payments.
